In the corridors of power two names are in rounds - Vikas Raj currently Special Chief Secretary to Government, TR & B Department and Jayesh Ranjan currently Special Chief Secretary to Government, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development with additional charge YAT&C. Both are 1992 Batch IAS Officers.
